Fitness is more than just workouts - what you do, what you eat, how you feel, how you sleep - everything is equally important. Together, you and I will focus on all aspects of your health. Whether you are at home, in the gym, or on the road - I will be part of your fitness journey. I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, and to be on top of all the last-minute schedule changes.

Strength and Conditioning is much more than just lifting weights, this training system encompasses an athlete or individual's entire body to rapidly lose weight and improve your power, endurance, speed, agility, core stability and all round athletic performance.

Flexibility & Core Workshop

Core stability and flexibility classes, also known as holistic workouts will aim to improve flexibility, core strength and body conditioning. Expect to flatten your abs, strengthen muscles, lose weight and improve posture with one of our popular Yoga or Pilates classes.

Weight loss

High intensity weight loss training is a scientifically proven and highly effective form of strength training which underpins our most popular sessions here at the Unit. The training focuses on performing quality weight training repetitions to the point of momentary muscular failure for rapid body transformation.

Fitness Advanced

Advanced fitness training that goes beyond your average user level. Break through boundaries and achieve Super Sayan God form with our specialised advanced phuket fitness sessions. These classes are not for the faint of heart, you will be pushed, take them on if you dare!

Your Fitness Journey, Guided by Experience. My passion is to guide the world toward a healthier lifestyle—because I was once where you are. Like many of us, I spent years learning the wrong way to lift and train. That hands-on struggle taught me that every body is unique, with its own strengths and limitations. That’s why my method is simple: We ignore the generic trends and build a custom plan based on your reality. We factor in your health, your demanding schedule, and, most importantly, your goals. Since furthering my education—earning certifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and specialized Instructor—I've focused on transforming not just bodies, but decision-making. I'm here to influence you to make more mindful choices that deliver lasting strength, overall health improvement, and the muscle gain or weight loss results you want to see.
